About Francisco Martinez
Former Oakland Police Officer
For two decades, Francisco Martinez has established himself as a seasoned veteran in law enforcement. In 2002, Francisco Martinez joined the Oakland Police Department, where he responded to service calls, executed arrests, and provided support during undercover narcotics operations in Oakland.
In 2016, Mr. Martinez joined the Gustine Police Department as a police officer, becoming a Corporal in 2019. As a Corporal, he oversees various aspects of patrol operations, including scheduling, training, and supervision. Additionally, Francisco Martinez coordinates critical programs such as the Reserve Officer initiative.
His leadership extends beyond his department. Mr. Martinez frequently collaborates with neighboring agencies to ensure the safety and security of the community. Further, Francisco Martinez has become adept at managing specialized programs such as fleet operations and dashcam video management.
Mr. Martinez attended California Coast University, where he completed his master of science in criminal justice. Outside his professional life, he spends his leisure time attending national car shows.
